where are you going to take me?
I’m not going to do my usual enumerated agenda, with objectives and goals …. b/c who really knows what will happen this year. Also, once I got past the age of 18, I realized how fruitless specific New Year’s resolutions were, at least for myself. And a fresh new year isn’t the only marker of a possible fresh start. As the saying goes, “In one year and out the other.”
(For example, I need to face it, I will never be a girl who frequents the gym on a daily basis. To be frank, treadmills bore me).
However, there is something I’d like to cover this year - to thoroughly enjoy myself and take steps in the right direction; wherever that may be, only my heart & soul truly know. Maybe I’ll start listening a little bit more, and commit to divulging myself spiritually, in all the ways that may be.
